Here is our first recipe for RAWgust week 2. A mango-nana smoothie! We are in the month of Rawgust where we eat 100% raw foods for the month of August! Those who aren't familiar with Rawgust please revert to my previous post here


The mango is one of the most important and widely cultivated fruits of the tropical world. Its juicy fruit is a rich source of Vitamins A, C and D.


Bananas are one of the most popular fruits worldwide. Other than being rich in vitamin B6, bananas are a good source of vitamin C, dietary fibre and manganese.


So now that we have our facts about these ingredients lets taste test!!!



Mango-nana Smoothie

These 3 simple ingredients will change your life.


Ingredients


1 mango

2 bananas

2 cups almond milk


Instruction


Put all ingrendients into a processor, blend until smooth.



Yep its that simple!! Mind blowing right?
