Lychee Fruit Smoothie || RAWgust Week 1 Breakfast

So What's Cooking? Good Looking?


Actually nothing's cooking this month! We are in the month of Rawgust where we eat 100% raw foods for the month of August! Those who aren't familiar with Rawgust please revert to my previous post here


Rawgust week 1 we take you to Asia with our Asian themed recipes! Our first featured ingredient is Lychee. Lychee comes from a tropical tree native to the Guangdong and Fujian provinces of southeastern China.


Prepare yourself to taste a smoothie so appetizing and bursting with divine flavor that you'll question why you haven't tried it before.



Lychee Fruit Smoothie



Ingredients


1/2 cup Lychee

4 dates

6 burro bannas

1/2 cup spinach

2 table spoons Maca root

1/3 cup sweet cacao nibs

2 cups almond milk

2 cups of ice


Instructions


Add all ingredient to a blender. Blend until smooth, serve and enjoy.
