There's absolutely nothing cooking for the month of August! Instead we go into Rawgust where we eat 100% raw foods for the entire month of August. See full RAWgust blog here.
You will think that you're eating cooked pasta with this dish, but don't be fooled it is completely raw foods! The Kelp takes this recipe to the next level.
Pad Thai Pasta

Ingredients
Sauce
4 tbs Almond butter
1 tbs Siracha
2 tbs Agave
2 limes juiced
1/3 cup Amino liquids
2 tbs ginger
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tbs onion powder
1/4 tbs garlic powder
1/8 black pepper
1/8 tbs cayenne
pinch of kosher salt
1/3 cup veggie broth
2 tbs sesame oil
Kelp noodles
1 bag Kelp noodles
1 lemon squeezed
1 tbs baking powder
Veggies
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup cabbage
1/2 cup pea sprouts
1/2 cup radish
1/2 cup red bell pepper
1/2 cup brocoli
1/2 cup Tomatoes
Crushed peanuts to garnish
Instructions
Rinse and place kelp in a medium bowl, squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over kelp. set bowl aside as you prep your veggies.
