There's absolutely nothing cooking for the month of August! Instead we go into Rawgust where we eat 100% raw foods for the entire month of August. See full RAWgust blog here.
If your having a sweet tooth during this Rawgust Challenge then this is the pudding for you. Get ready for you taste buds to have a party! No seriously! This pudding will have you dancing!
Chocolate Banana Pudding
Ingredients
2 cups raw cashews
2 frozen bananas
2 regular bananas
8 Deglet Nour or 4 Medjool dates
¾ cup almond milk
Toppings: sweet cacao nibs raspberries and chopped cashews (optional)
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a food processor (or a blender) and blend until smooth. Chill for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, top with your favorite toppings (I added fresh raspberries and chopped cashews).
Note: This recipe can be measured out to a serving of 1/3 cup each day.
