We are in RAWgut week 3!! Here is our final recipe for the week!! A refreshing summer salad that will make your belly so happy! This week we went all American baby! What's more fitting than a summer salad loaded with sweet fruit and salty nuts! For those who aren't familiar with RAWgust please update yourself here.


Summer Salad

Ingredients

leafy green lettuce

cherry

tangerine

cucumbers

red onions

blueberries

avocado

strawberries

walnuts

sunflower seeds

olive oil

apple cider vinegar

season salt

pepper


Instructions


On a large plate place a bed of leafy green lettuce, layer with all ingredients to your liking! Top with olive oil, a splash of apple cider vinegar, seasoning ( i used oxtail seasoning) salt and pepper. serve and enjoy!
