WE MADE IT! We are here!! RAWgust Challenge Recipe 1 Week 4!!!!! You have been devoted to every part of this challenge! For those who aren't familiar with RAWgust please update yourself here.


Everybody loves avocado and they can pretty much be found everywhere. Fun fact: although avocado is normally associated with guacamole which is a salty mexican dish, avocado is actually a fruit! Yep you can have this fruit sweet or salty. Avocados are rich in monounsaturated fat. Today we call this kind of fat “good fat.


Today we make a sweet avocado pineapple banana smoothies!! Mmm Yummy!

Avocado Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Ingredients


1 Avocado

1 cup Pineapple

1 frozen Banana

1 cup Coconut or almond milk

1 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp Protein (optionial i added maca root )


I said you're the good kinda fat!!


Instructions


Place all ingredients in a processor blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy
