OMG we made it!! Our last and final recipe for RAwgust 2020!! What a journey this has been!! First, I'd like to say how proud I am of you for completing this Raw Vegan journey with me. It's 100 percent okay to say this wasn't an easy task, I know it got very challenging at times and at times you wanted to quite. Lets be honest we all did but guess what? We pushed through and it feels so darn good!
For our last and final week we have taken you to Italy with delicious recipes for you to try during this challenge. For our final recipe we are making a Raw Italian Spaghetti.
This is such an easy recipe to make, you only need 5 main ingredients and just a few seasonings.
Ingredients
walnut meat
1 package kelp noodles
1 cup walnuts
1 cup mushroosm
1/3 cup basil
1 jar bolognese
1 cup cherry tomatoes
seasonings
1 tbs italian sesaoning
1 tbs garlic powder
1tbs onion powder
1 ts salt
1ts peper
Instructions
Start by placing your kelp noodles in a mixing bowl add lemon and baking powder to help expand and take in flavor. set aside
Place all ingredients into a blender pulse until texture is up to pare on how thick or chunky you would like your spaghetti sauce.
Drain noodles and plate to your portion size. Pour sauce over noodles garnish with basil, a side of avocado topped with cashew parmesan cheese. serve and enjoy!
