Welcome to Day 4 of Cocktails & Core! If you missed yesterday recipe make sure to check it out here. Each day well be blending two of our favorite things to do, fitness and recipes. I will provide a new health conscious cocktail and the core movements that my girls deliver to you will have you snatched and ready to step out!
This fourth recipe is a mojito cocktail made with pomegranate juice & Crown Royal !!! Yep that's it and beautifully garnished with pomegranate seeds & mint leaves!!
Royal Pomegranate Mojito
Ingredients
Serves 3
5 1oz shots of Pomegranate juice
1 oz shot of Crown Royal
Garnish with pomegranate seeds & mint leaves
Instructions
Pour all ingredients into a shaker tin, shake until smooth!
Core Work
Now that we've earned our drink for the Day , it's time to burn it! Today's secret ingredient is is a combination of @EllyeWell and @MissAlexKaye of @Team3xt. The girls are coming at you with yoga movements. Their featured core movement is called Supta Baddha Konasana.
Supta Baddha Konasana - laying dow with knees open in a crunch position.
Bringing your heels to the floor in Supta Baddha Konasana, press through your feet to lift your pelvis slightly up. In hale sit up nice and tall and then exhale scooping under.
Slowly recline holding the core tight and stretching through the hips.
Stack that spine nice a tall take a cheers with your babes!! Take it a few more rounds !
