12 Day's of Cocktails & Core - Minty Mistletoe So What's Pouring? Good Looking? Welcome to Day 7 of Cocktails & Core! If you missed yesterday recipe make sure to check it out here. Each day well be blending two of our favorite things to do, fitness and recipes. I will provide a new health conscious cocktail and the core movements that my girls deliver to you will have you snatched and ready to step out! This 6th recipe is a Minty Mistletoe made with 2 liqueurs, Jameson coffee liqueur & cacao liqueur, vanilla vodka, cold brew coffee, and non-dairy egg nog!!!! Omg my mouth is watering all over again. Guys, this drink was so inviting I guzzled it! Be sure to take it easy its a creeper!


Minty Mistletoe


Ingredients Serves 2

1 oz shot Jameson coffee liqueur 2 1 oz shots non dairy egg nog 2

2 1 oz shots cold are coffee

1 1oz shot vanilla vodka Dark chocolate

crushed peppermint

coco candy cane

Instructions

Crush peppermint and set aside. In a small bowl melt a 1/2 cup of dark chocolate, dip the rim of 2 mugs into the melted chocolate.


Sprinkle crushed peppermint onto the chocolate rimed mugs. set mugs aside.

Combine all liquid ingredients into a shaker tin. shake smoothly, pour into mugs evenly and serve.

Core Work

Earn it & Burn it! Now that we've earned our drink for the Day, it's time to burn it! Today's top secret ingredient is @FerlyPrado. Her featured core movement is the Back to back medicine ball pass. (in our case cocktail pass) This movement targets the obliques, abs and lower back.



Slightly move away from your partner.


Lean until you are back to back with each other, keep you core tight while creating a c like shape with your spine. Be sure to lick all the chocolate off your lips!


Your partner will rotate on their right and pass off the mug to you on your left.


Once you have the mug you pass off to your partner on the right and they will receive on the left. be sure to rotate on opposite sides for an even core workout.
