Smoothies are a great way to get valuable nutrients that we may lack otherwise. Today get ready to dust your apron's off because we are getting down and dirty!

Com'n now, how many of us could use a recipe that is not only fat burning and nutritious, but can also satisfy your sweet tooth? Meee!
Lets Get Into It.....

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1 banana
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup spinach
2 tbsp peanut butter or nut butter
1 tbsp agave or honey
1 tsp matcha powder
1/2 cup almond milk or coconut
Toppings
Sliced banana
1 strawberry sliced
frozen blue berries
oats to sprinkle
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Place toppings to your perfection, eat and enjoy! Get creative, add as many toppings as you'd like!
