When it comes to brunch I love a stack of fluffy pancakes or avocado toast with hash browns just as much as the next girl, but it's really about the mimosa that makes the meal.

What is a mimosa? A classic mimosa combines, sparkling wine with a splash of juice for an effervescent breakfast cocktail. How delicious does that sound?

This Sunday funday I have an easy, fun, and fruity mimosa recipe that will take brunch to the next level.

Kiss on the Lips Tropical Mimosa

Wow! How fun and flirty is this drink? Don't be fooled, she looks good, and she taste exquisite, but she will creep up on you for sure! Watch yourself LOL.

Ingredients:

¼ oz. grenadine

¼ oz. Malibu rum

¼ oz. orange juice

¼ oz. pineapple juice

2 oz. Champagne

Strawberry (garnish)

Method of pouring: Layer grenadine, rum, orange juice and pineapple juice in a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne and garnish with a strawberry on the rim.
