So What's Cooking? Good Looking?


OMG can you believe you made it to week 3!!!! Lets Jump for joy because this challenge is not an easy one. You should be so proud of yourself. Heres an extra push for you, try to drink a glass of water every hour on the hour! Its very important for you to stay hydrated.


Today we make a chocolate smoothie bowl that pack with all the goodness your body needs!


This weeks theme is All American


All America Chocolate Smoothie Bowl



Ingredients

2 1/2 frozen bananas

1/4 cup coconut milk or any nut milk of your choice

2 tsp maple syrup

3 tbsp Cacao powder

1 tbsp caramel protein powder or any protein of your choice

1/4 cup spiniach

1 tbsp almond butter

1/4 cup oats


Toppings

Banana

almond butter

cashews

granola

sweet cacao nibs



Instructions

place all ingredints in a blender. Blend until smooth.


Note: Have all topping and fruits chopped and ready to assemble before hand, this way your smoothie stays frozen longer.
